Do We Want a Smart President?
Barack Obama was the president of the Harvard Law Review when he was a law student at Harvard. John Mc Cain was 5th from the bottom of his class at Annapolis. So do we want our president to be a brilliant achiever (Obama) or mediocre (Mc Cain)?
I'm not exactly sure there is a direct correlation between someone's previous institute of higher learning and their intelligence. Though, if there's one thing we've learned from our last leader, it's the following: no matter who our future presidents are, we definitely need them to be able to think for their selves, and they should at least be able to adaquately articulate their thoughts!
PS: I'm all for the elderly demographic asking questions like this - it's fantastic.

The question 'do we want a smart president' can easily be answered by looking at our current president, can it not?
